Visual schedule WITH Pole and “Completed Container”

The Visual Schedule is a great aide for your preschoolers who have difficulties with transitioning. It is visual so that children who appear to be “visual learners” can follow the structure of the preschool day without unexpected surprises. The Visual Schedule also improves the preschooler’s understanding of teacher expectations, consequences, and positive and/or negative reinforcements. This set includes a portable schedule pole so that the teacher may move it to any location in the room as well as a “completed” container to aide the student in understanding when an activity has been completed. The container is also a great way for preschool teachers to keep their picture cards organized. Pictures are 2×2 and the pole is approximately 4 feet tall.

Independence & Cooperation Chart (Set of 3)
In our preschool classrooms, children rely heavily on teacher support to help with sharing issues. We have just created our first “visual cooperation chart” to aide children in mediating conflicts on their own. The charts teach conflict resolution techniques using visual cues such as: sharing, using a timer, asking for help, and playing with another peer.
These charts are also very useful at home for play time with siblings and playgroups.
Each set includes 3 identical charts, so they can be placed throughout the classroom or playroom.
